- 3 cups cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 10 mint leaves, chopped
- Juice from one lemon
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 1 tbsp. basil oil (optional)
Directions
- Mix mint leaves into cooled quinoa.
- Add lemon juice.
- Stir in pine nuts, salt, and oil.
- Devour by yourself or share with friends!
