Happy Summer, is it ever hot out there - but at least the rain is gone.

Some of you may have noticed the technical difficulties we had with our door access system, which has now been resolved - we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. The upgrades that were made to the door include a monitoring system which reports unauthorized access after-hours. As a reminder to all members, you're entitled to one visitor one time per month during front desk hours only since we need guests to sign our waiver. Guests are not permitted after hours, this time is reserved for members only - we offer daily and weekly rates which also include 24 hour access if requested. If you come to the gym as a group, it is required that each member scan their card at the door so as to not trip our monitoring alarm and alert system. This system was installed for member safety and to prevent unauthorized access and reports each case of multiple entries.

Wishing everyone a wonderful summer, and remember to: Push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you!
