Class Information

TONE & STENGTHEN
An Interval workout session tailored to meet each person’s individual needs! This class is great for any age or level of fitness. Instructors incorporate weight bearing resistance training, isometric moves, and short bursts of low impact cardio to tone and strengthen from head to toe. A great way to get started for the day!
* ZUMBA
One hour of Zumba is a nonstop hour of high energy, total body workout! Latin moves, energetic music, and fun atmosphere make it easy to melt those calories away! Through exhilarating, high calorie-burning fitness classes, Zumba Fitness® has helped melt the pounds and inches off more than 12 million Zumba-enthusiasts in over 125 countries. Using easy-to-follow moves and exotic, high-energy music, Zumba routines successfully tone and sculpt the body while burning fat.
YOGA
Hatha Yoga: This general style yoga utilizes the classical yoga postures and different sequencing for each class for the purpose of strengthening, opening, and cleansing the body. Poses are held for varying lengths of time. Through mindful work and attention to the breath, students will learn safe alignment in basic, flowing postures and sun salutations. Students will build strength, flexibility, balance, and awareness.
* YIN YOGA
This yoga focuses on our ligaments, joints, bones, connective tissues. You will be holding stretches for periods of time. This gives your body a chance to re-mold and re-formulate the way your joints and tissues connect to one another.
CHAIR STRETCH
This class is well suited for those with conditions that affect balance, as well as those with back and hip weakness. Students will be seated either in the chair or may use a chair as support during stretches and poses, forward and backward bends, side extensions and leg and arm stretches. A perfect way to continue to keep up strength and flexibility while overcoming certain physical conditions. Suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and physical conditions!
SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
SILVER SNEAKERS BOOM
Silver Sneakers BOOM incorporates challenging moves for a variety of fitness levels. Boom was created by the leader in adult fitness to meet the fitness needs of Baby Boomers and active adults.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
This class is a full functional body workout using various resistance and cardio, taught by our certified master trainers. this class will jump start your day as it allows each person to work within their own limits and limitations while leaving room for growth and progress! Guaranteed to provide results for those putting in the effort! Maximum people are four!
BALLROOM DANCE
Not only is Ballroom dance great exercise, but it also gives a sense of Achievement, boosts self-esteem. builds confidence, and it's JUST PLAIN FUN!! Lessons feature classes in Night Club, Jive, The Foxxy, Bachata, Mambo, Samba, Tango, and More!
PILATES
This class is comprised of a series of movements that improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture while boosting mental alertness. You’ll gain an overall better sense of well-being!
