We've made it through the first month of 2018 and things are busy as ever here at the gym. As most of you are aware, we've added 7 new classes in the morning to help accommodate the ever-growing class sizes. Thank you to all our members that have adjusted their schedules to attend some of our additional classes.

Just a friendly reminder that the quietest times here are between 11am-3pm or after 8pm, so if you're feeling it's too crowded at your regular time or can't find a parking spot, give these times a shot.
